بدخولك إلى منصة إسكان ("المنصة")، فإنك توافق على الشروط الموضحة أدناه، وفي حال عدم موافقتك على هذه الشروط، فنرجو عدم الدخول إلى المنصة أو أي من صفحاتها.

جمع بياناتك الشخصية

يقوم البنك بجمع البيانات الشخصية التي قمت بتسجيلها بنفسك على المنصة حيث تمكننا هذه المعلومات بشكل أساسي من تقديم خدمات برنامج إسكان ("خدمات إسكان") لك، كما سيتم استخدامها ومعالجتها لإنشاء قاعدة بيانات مختصرة تتعلق بزوار المنصة و أنماط الاستخدام العامة، وكذلك أية أغراض الأخرى اسموح بها قانونًا.

مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لكي نتمكن من تزويدك بخدمات إسكان، سيتم مشاركة بياناتك الشخصية مع البنوك الأخرى المشاركة في خدمات إسكان ("البنوك") ومقدمي الخدمات الآخرين من وقت لآخر. وقد وافقت هذه البنوك ومقدمو الخدمات كتابيًا على الحفاظ على سرية بيانات العميل المقدمة لهم من قبل بنك الإسكان العماني .

حدود المسؤولية

لا يتحمل بنك الإسكان العماني تحت أي ظرف من الظروف المسؤولية عن أي شكل من أشكال الأضرار، سواء كانت مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الأضرار أو الخسائر أو النفقات الخاصة أو العرضية أو التبعية التي قد تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهذه المنصة أو أي موقع مرتبط به، أو باستخدامها، أو عدم قدرة أي طرف على الاستفادة منها وينطبق هذا أيضًا على أي حالات الخطأ أو انقطاع أو عيوب أو مشاركتك لبيانات الدخول للمنصة مع الغير، أو تأخير في التشغيل أو الإرسال أو فيروسات الكمبيوتر أو فشل النظام، سواء تمت مواجهتها أو غير ذلك.

التغييرات والتعديلات

يحتفظ بنك الإسكان العماني بالحق، وفقًا لتقديره الخاص، في تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. من خلال زيارتك لهذه المنصة بشكل دوري فإنك توافق على الالتزام بأي مراجعات أو تعديلات على هذه الشروط.

القانون واجب التطبيق والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين سلطنة عمان وتكون للمحاكم العمانية السلطة القضائية للفصل في النزاعات ذات الصلة بهذه الشروط.

Upon accessing Iskan Platform (the "Platform"), you are indicating your acceptance of the following Terms. If you do not consent to these Terms, please refrain from accessing the Platform or any of its pages.

Collection of Your Personal Data

OHB collects personal data that you have personally registered on the Platform. This information mainly enables us to furnish the Iskan program services ("Iskan Services") to you and shall be utilized and processed to create summarized data concerning Platform visitors and overall usage trends, as well as for other legally permitted purposes.

Sharing data with third Parties

In order for us to provide you with Iskan Services, we shall share your data with other Banks participating in Iskan Services (the "Banks") and other service providers from time to time. These Banks and service providers have agreed in writing to keep the customer's data provided to them by OHB confidential.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall OHB be held responsible for any form of damages, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or expenses that may arise in relation to this Platform, any linked website, its usage, or the inability of any party to utilize it. This also applies to any instances of performance failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, defects, sharing your credentials with others, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses, or system failures, whether encountered or otherwise.

Changes & Modification

OHB reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to update these Terms from time to time. By visiting this Platform periodically, you agree to abide by any revisions or modifications to these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman and the Omani Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
